Skip Counting and Repeated Addititon

I learnt how to use skip counting and repeated additions.

First we used the equations. The question was that Sam has 7 five dollars notes. How much money does he have? From using repeated additions. Is even more faster to use multiplication.
Multiplication answer: 7x5= 35.
Repeated Additions: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35.

Next we used another equations. The next question was Mike was at the beach for five days and picked 14
seashells to keep every day. How many seashells did Mike find during beach trip?
Skip Counting: 14, 28, 42, 56, 70.
Repeated Addition: 14+14+14+14+14= 70.

I enjoyed this activity because i learnt how to use skip counting and repeated additons.
